“We have literally had to change rooms 5 times in one day due to various issues at the property. We are very cool and understanding guests, but something has changed with this property. We had 6-7 rooms this past weekend and 3 of the guests had similar complaints about the property uncleanliness and maintenance issues. “The property stated they were undergoing renovations. There was a worn out tarp over a portion of the building. Yellow warning tape around the pool area and the doorway to pool area. Staff stated that some of the Reno stuff fell into the pool, so they closed it. The water has a brown tint to it. This was only disclosed AFTER reservation was completed.
